FIRE BAN RESCINDED

MUNICIPAL FIRE BAN ORDER RESCINDED BYLAW 10 OF 2023

THE FIRE SERVICES BYLAW

1.On May 26, 2026 the Rural Municipality of Buckland No. 491 ordered a ban on all outdoor fires and the discharge of fireworks and revoked all burn permits that applied to all lands located within the Rural Municipality of Buckland No. 491

2. Effective at 4:20 pm on June 3, 2026 the Rural Municipality of Buckland No. 491 herby revokes the aforesaid fire ban.

THEREFORE, Cori Sarginson, being the Chief Administrative Officer, and appointed pursuant to Section7 of Bylaw 10 of 2023, does hereby order that the fire ban be rescinded.
