📢 PUBLIC NOTICE – Proposed 2026 Taxation Bylaws

The RM of Buckland No. 491 wishes to advise residents that Council will be considering two taxation-related bylaws during its Regular Council Meeting on:

🕘 9:00 a.m.
📍 Municipal Centennial Building
99 River Street East, Prince Albert

Council will consider:

• Bylaw No. 4 of 2026 – Base Tax Bylaw
Establishing the Base Tax for the 2026 taxation year.

• Bylaw No. 5 of 2026 – Mill Rate Factor Bylaw
Establishing the Mill Rate Factors for the various property classes for the 2026 taxation year.

Residents are encouraged to stay informed. Copies of the proposed bylaws are available for public inspection during regular office hours at the RM Office or by contacting the municipal office.
