🚧 Whitestar Road at the Shell River Washout is Now Reopened 🚧

The RM of Buckland is pleased to announce that Whitestar Road at the Shell River washout has officially reopened to traffic.

Following the significant flooding earlier this year, extensive repairs were required to restore the roadway and ensure it is safe for public use. We appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the closure and construction process.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to:

• Residents and ratepayers for your patience and support.
• Motorists for respecting the road closure and using alternate routes.
• Our Public Works staff, contractors, and everyone involved in completing the repairs safely and efficiently.

We understand the closure created challenges for many residents, businesses, and visitors, and we truly appreciate the community's understanding while this important work was completed.

Whitestar Road is now fully reopened and available for normal travel.
